MEET MICHELLE

Michelle is a Certified Business Coach and has been for the past 7 years after graduating from being a client. She worked for many years in the advertising & marketing industry for several large agencies in Columbus, Ohio. Michelle later returned to her family business, a small animal Veterinary hospital, to serve as the Practice Manager and Business Director. Over her 18-year tenure, she was able to grow the business significantly in both size and profitability.

Michelle graduated from The Ohio State University with degrees in Animal Science and Environmental Science. She lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband Alex, 2 kids, a dog and a cat.

Michelle is passionate about helping businesses achieve their greatest potential and to help reduce the stress and frustration that many business owners and managers feel. She has particular experience in the medical fields, but knows that all businesses have similar challenges and the leaders have opportunities to reduce stressors daily. She is a skilled presenter and enjoys sharing her knowledge with small and large group workshops.

Michelle was awarded the Global Coach of the Year in 2022 and the North American Coach of the Year for 2019 and the North Eastern Regional Coach of the Year, and is consistently one of the top 3 coaches in the world.
